Over the year that we’ve lived in Philadelphia, there hasn’t been much going on. Of course, it’s not like Baltimore was awash in festivals. Sure, there were some fun events, like Tugboat Santa, the lighted boat parade, and Light City, but these tended to be few and far between.  Take HONFest, the celebration of beehive
